Ross Messiter

Ross Messiter

Ross has over 30 years of experience as a physiotherapist, after graduating from the University of Sydney in 1990.


After working at Prince of Wales Hospital, Ross travelled and worked in London, where he also played rugby union for Blackheath in the mid 90’s. Upon return to Sydney, he worked in private practice before setting up Eastsports Physiotherapy in 2003.


During his career Ross has also been Physiotherapist to Sydney Kings basketball, Easts Cricket Club, Cranbrook School, Australian Universities Rugby and of course Eastern Suburbs Rugby Union for the past 25 years. Through his children, he remains active for Coogee SLSC and Maroubra Board Riders Clubs. 


Through his experiences, Ross has access to a vast network of Eastern Suburbs health professionals. As a former competitive sportsman who has suffered a variety injuries, Ross is empathetic to his patients, understanding the frustrations, and setbacks that injuries cause.

Georgia Brady

Georgie Brady

Georgie graduated with a bachelor of physiotherapy from ACU in 2017. Since she has worked at Prince of Wales hospital specialising in orthopaedics and emergency physiotherapy.

 

From her time at prince of wales Georgie has experience in hand therapy, hydrotherapy and musculoskeletal rehabilitation. Georgie developed and began the Physiotherapy led Fracture clinic.

Georgie has been at Eastsports physiotherapy since 2017, and is currently the head colts physio and works closely with grade for Easts Rugby. Georgie has extensive experience in sports having worked in junior rugby, with the Women’s Waratahs as well as representative 7s sides.

 

Georgie is passionate about exercise based therapy and injury prevention. Georgie also offers casting and splinting services at Eastsports Physiotherapy.
